Data in transit
Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, so information you submit through it is protected in transit between your browser and our systems.
Trusted infrastructure
We build on established hosting and database providers that maintain their own security programs and physical and network safeguards. We rely on these providers to host the Site and store inquiry data.
Access controls
Access to inquiry data and internal tools is limited to people who need it to do their work. Restricted areas of our systems require authentication.
How we handle your data during engagements
- We work within the tools you already use and respect the permissions and access controls you have set in each of them.
- We do not use your business data to train AI models.
- We only access what is needed to deliver the work described in your engagement agreement.
Your role
Security is a shared responsibility. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords, enable multi-factor authentication on your business tools, and review who has access to your systems.
