1. Who we are

JLC Consulting (“JLC Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps small and medium-sized businesses implement AI into their existing operations. The Site provides information about our services and lets you request a consultation. You can reach us any time at support@jlcconsulting.ai.

2. The Site versus our services

These Terms cover your use of the Site only. Any consulting or implementation work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter) that we enter into with you directly. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Submitting an inquiry

When you submit the “Get Started” form or otherwise contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. Submitting a form does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take on your project. We review inquiries and follow up where we believe we can help.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related accounts;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that host it;
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content except as permitted by law; or
• Submit false information or another person’s information without their permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and logos — are owned by JLC Consulting or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Site for your own informational use. All other rights are reserved.

6. Third-party tools and links

The Site references and integrates third-party services (for example, scheduling, analytics, and the underlying AI models we work with). We do not control those third parties, and their use is subject to their own terms and policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is complete or up to date. Any descriptions of timelines, pricing, or outcomes on the Site are general and may change; specific terms are set out in your engagement agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JLC Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JLC Consulting operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
